The vouchers are valid until the expiration date mentioned on them, which is 6 months from the date of purchase.
How do I use the voucher?
Make a reservation on our website for the desired escape room at any available time slot, and when you arrive, show the voucher at the reception in either electronic or printed format.
Can I bring more people than the number specified on the voucher?
Yes, you can, but additional participants will need to pay at the reception.
How many escape rooms can I enter with one voucher?
The voucher grants access to one escape room of your choice.
Do I need to bring a printed voucher?
It is enough to show us the electronic version, but if you prefer, you can bring a printed copy.
Return Policy:
The voucher can be used within the validity period mentioned on it. The cost of the voucher will not be refunded, except in cases where the service cannot be provided due to the exclusive fault of Captive Escape Room.
